The Enchanting Mount Pinatubo

Tips in visiting the crater of Mount Pinatubo.

1. Exercise before hiking.

Since we were 12 in a group, we decided to just rent a van, for it will cost much cheaper than riding a public bus. Van rental: PhP 2,500 excluding toll fee.

We just booked the trip from Ensogo. Only to found out, that the promo is a ripped off. As per conversation with our tourist guide, 4x4 ride costs only 2,500, good for 5 persons. Tourist guide costs only 500. A total of 3,000 to be divided by five. That is, 600 per pax plus 300 conservation fee. We paid the voucher for 988 pesos. Shocks!

Right after the almost three hours trek (all in all), all I could say was "GRABE!"
